back to our roots

23 years ago, Silvergreens (est. 1995) set out to be one of the first healthy quick-service restaurants of its kind.  We called it Silver Greens Salad House and focused on well, delicious salads.  Soon after we added our own bakery, created healthy sandwiches served on our fresh baked bread, and handmade large batches of fresh soup.  Over the years we added other options to our menu, but at the core Silvergreens has always been a healthy salad restaurant.

After closing for several months to renovate the space and open up our third Kyle’s Kitchen restaurant (our sister concept) in late 2017, we re-open Silvergreens with a renewed focus on going back to our roots.  In today’s times, we have the advantage of being able to access a wide variety of amazing local produce and great nearby farms to get our ingredients.  And yes, our bakers still bake our bread fresh everyday from scratch.

While our menu isn’t as large as before, we think smaller can be better.  We hope you enjoy old classics and new flavors in our selection of salads, sandwiches and soups.  We’d love to hear your feedback, as our menu will always be evolving.

Welcome back, we can’t wait to serve you!
